• Any meals not mentioned in the inclusions

• Mahakal Bhasma Aarti / Special Darshan tickets (if applicable)

• Personal expenses such as laundry, tips, shopping, phone calls, etc.

• Puja / Abhishek / special rituals at temples

• Camera / video charges, if applicable at temples or ghats

• Travel insurance

• Any extra sightseeing or detours not mentioned in the itinerary

• Expenses due to natural calamities, road blocks, temple crowd, or government restrictions

• GST (if applicable)

Payment Policy

💰 Payment Policy

• Booking Confirmation:
  A minimum of 30% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the tour.

• Balance Payment:
  The remaining 70% amount must be paid before tour start / on departure day.

• Payment Modes Accepted:

  • UPI / Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT / IMPS / RTGS)

  • Cash (as per company policy)

• Non-Payment Clause:
  Failure to complete the payment as per schedule may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice.

• Price Variation:
  Package cost may change due to hotel availability, transport rates, fuel price changes, or peak season demand.

• Receipt & Invoice:
  Payment receipt will be shared after confirmation. GST invoice will be provided on request.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 7 days before departure:
  25% of total tour cost will be deducted.

• 3 to 7 days before departure:
  50% of total tour cost will be deducted.

• Within 48 hours of departure / No Show:
  100% cancellation charges (no refund).

• Same Day Cancellation:
  No refund will be applicable.

• Partial Cancellation / Early Return:
  No refund for unused services or missed sightseeing.

• Temple / Aarti Charges:
  Any Bhasma Aarti, special darshan, or pooja charges once booked are non-refundable.

• Refund Process:
  Eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation.

• Force Majeure:
  No refund for cancellations due to natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s control.

1. Booking Confirmation:
   Tour booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.

2. Itinerary Changes:
   The itinerary may be changed, modified, or rearranged due to weather conditions, traffic, temple crowd, government rules, or any unavoidable circumstances.

3. Darshan & Aarti:
   Mahakal Bhasma Aarti / special darshan is subject to temple authority permission and availability. The tour operator is not responsible for non-availability.

4. Hotel Policy:
   Hotel check-in & check-out time will be as per hotel rules. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.

5. Transportation:
   AC may be switched off in hilly areas, traffic jams, or as per transport regulations.

6. Personal Belongings:
   The company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the tour.

7. Health & Safety:
   Guests are advised to take care of their health, especially senior citizens. Any medical expenses shall be borne by the traveler.

8. Behavior & Discipline:
   Passengers must maintain discipline and respect local customs, temple rules, and fellow travelers.

9. Delays & Force Majeure:
   The company shall not be liable for delays or cancellations due to natural calamities, strikes, roadblocks, accidents, or government restrictions.

10. No Refund Clause:
    No refund will be applicable for unused services, missed sightseeing, or early departure.

11. Jurisdiction:
    Any disputes shall be subject to Kota (Rajasthan) jurisdiction only.
