Exclusions

• Breakfast, Lunch & dinner (unless specifically mentioned)

• Darshan / Aarti / Pooja / Abhishek charges, including Somnath & Nageshwar temples

• Entry fees for monuments, ropeway, boating, or attractions not mentioned

• Personal expenses such as shopping, laundry, tips, phone calls, etc.

• Camera / video charges, if applicable

• Travel insurance & medical expenses

• Any extra sightseeing or services not mentioned in the itinerary

• Expenses arising due to natural calamities, roadblocks, strikes, weather conditions, or government restrictions

• GST (if applicable)

Payment Policy

💰 Payment Policy

• Booking Confirmation:
  A minimum of 30% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the tour.

• Balance Payment:
  The remaining 70% amount must be paid before tour start / on departure day.

• Payment Modes Accepted:

  • UPI / Google Pay / PhonePe / Paytm

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT / IMPS / RTGS)

  • Cash (as per company policy)

• Non-Payment Clause:
  Failure to complete the payment as per schedule may result in automatic cancellation of the booking without prior notice.

• Price Variation:
  Package cost may change due to hotel availability, transport rates, fuel price changes, or peak season demand.

• Receipt & Invoice:
  Payment receipt will be shared after confirmation. GST invoice will be provided on request.

Cancellation Policy

❌ Cancellation Policy

• More than 7 days before departure:
  25% of total tour cost will be deducted.

• 3 to 7 days before departure:
  50% of total tour cost will be deducted.

• Within 48 hours of departure / No Show:
  100% cancellation charges (no refund).

• Same Day Cancellation:
  No refund will be applicable.

• Partial Cancellation / Early Return:
  No refund for unused services or missed sightseeing.

• Temple / Aarti Charges:
  Any Aarti, special darshan, or pooja charges once booked are non-refundable.

• Refund Process:
  Eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation.

• Force Majeure:
  No refund for cancellations due to natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the company’s control.

1. Booking Confirmation:
   Tour booking will be confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment as per the payment policy.

2. Itinerary Changes:
   The itinerary is subject to change or re-arrangement due to traffic conditions, weather, temple crowd, local regulations, or any unavoidable circumstances.

3. Darshan & Aarti:
   All temple darshan, aarti, and pooja are subject to temple authority rules, timings, and crowd conditions. The tour operator is not responsible for non-availability.

4. Hotel Policy:
   Hotel check-in and check-out timings will be strictly as per hotel policy. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable.

5. Transportation:
   AC may be switched off during hilly areas, traffic jams, or as per transport regulations.

6. Personal Belongings:
   The company shall not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the tour.

7. Health & Safety:
   Guests are advised to take care of their health, especially senior citizens and children. Any medical or emergency expenses will be borne by the traveler.

8. Behavior & Discipline:
   Guests must maintain discipline, punctuality, and respect local customs, temple rules, and fellow travelers.

9. Force Majeure:
   The company shall not be liable for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by natural calamities, strikes, accidents, roadblocks, government restrictions, or unforeseen events.

10. No Refund for Unused Services:
    No refund shall be applicable for unused services, missed sightseeing, or early departure during the tour.

11. Rates & Availability:
    Package cost is subject to change based on hotel availability, transport rates, fuel price fluctuations, and peak season demand.

12. Jurisdiction:
    Any disputes arising out of this tour shall be subject to Kota (Rajasthan) jurisdiction only.
