Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a partial refund after deducting service charges

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour date are non-refundable

  • No refund will be provided in case of no-show or same-day cancellation

  • Any cancellation request must be made through official communication channels (call, WhatsApp, or email)

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original mode of payment

  • In case the tour is cancelled by Book Your Tour Pvt. Ltd. due to unavoidable circumstances, customers will be offered a full refund or rescheduling option

  • No refund will be applicable for cancellations due to natural calamities, weather conditions, government restrictions, or personal emergencies
